This U-shaped house embraces an atrium, which opens to the west. Based on this arrangement, the house is divided into three zones in terms of plan and purpose. The largest part of the house is dedicated to social communication. It includes an entrance area and a large living area connected to the dining room and kitchen. In the second, private part, a bedroom with a bathroom is situated. The relaxation area with an indoor pool and fitness closes the atrium.

The combination of muted grey-white color, moderate cubic shapes and smooth surfaces is complemented by warm teak wood, natural stone and ubiquitous greenery.
