The apartment houses cascade the slopes above the Vodní Mlýny water reservoir. The apartments offer a view of the water surface and moored yachts, but also of the surrounding hills dotted with vineyards and the silhouette of Děvičky Castle. These one bedroom apartments with an area of 50 square meters and a terrace of another 20 square meters are designed as ground floor and maisonette suites. A basement cubicle for the sports equipment belongs to each apartment. Parking is provided on the premises.

The project of the Pálavské Vinohrady Apartments recreation area, designed by the architects of the KYZLINK architects & interior atelier, won the best of award at the eleventh annual Construction of the South Moravian Region competition in the "Residential construction" category, organized by the South Moravian Construction Community at the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Construction Industry in the Czech Republic.
