The investor’s assignment was to create an inviting and cozy environment that will impress the client at the first glance and instill the confidence in the services provided. At the same time, it was necessary to respect the intimate nature of the offered service. By inserting new design elements, the interior was refreshed, but the stamp of history was preserved and it works in harmony with the modifications made. Due to the location of the clinic in the historic center of the city, high demands were placed on the logistics and subsequent processes of the entire project.

The feeling of a clean and hygienic environment of the entire clinic is created by the predominant white surfaces. The furniture consists of elements made of artificial stone and high-pressure glossy laminate, the atmosphere is complemented by indirect lines of LED lighting. The soft color tinting of the surgery theaters and the presence of soothing earthy colors on the textile curtains and chairs soften the hospital atmosphere. Local carpets relieve the strictness of the orthogonal pattern of the parquet and at the same time enable the zoning of individual parts. The original floor was renovated, re-sanded and suitably colored. Rounded curves of furniture and decorations are a paraphrase of the elegant proportions of the human body.

Innovative solutions include the use of designer partition screens that shorten the corridors, soften the entire space and create an intimate environment. An important feature is also the combination of the latest and most advanced technologies with the historical character of the building. Door, ceilings and plasterwork period details have been preserved and supplemented with appropriate modern equipment. Unlike in the hospital environment, the visit is a pleasant, even social affair.
