The reconstruction of Korso Karviná shopping centre represents a commercial retail project with an overlap into the city-forming level in the commercial facilities area. The revitalization started in early 2019 and during its course a considerable part of the sales area was reorganized. A new food court and new public areas were created in its place.

The industrial design, referencing the local mining industry, corresponds with the old mining towers in the wider area. Thanks to the use of visually hard materials (corrugated sheet metal) and their proper integration into modern design, a unique connection was created, which became a characteristic attribute of the place itself.
